Nea Kallikratia is on the west coast, about thirty minutes from Thessaloniki airport. It is a year-round populated place with a market and schools, not a seasonal resort — there is life here outside the summer months too, and from here it is convenient to reach both Kassandra and Sithonia. Our office is also here. In the listings for Nea Kallikratia, detached houses and plots predominate; there are also apartments. Due to the access and the year-round character of the place, properties here are sought both for living and for investment.
